How we copyright your work

Once you purchase your copyright service from us, you will be directed to a private and secure page where you will be asked some simple questions about the work you are copyrighting. You will then be able to upload your work instantly and with ease! Once we have your work, we will review your information and the work that you uploaded, complete the necessary forms for your particular type of work and then digitally submit your work to be copyrighted to the U.S Copyright Office. The entire process usually takes 2-3 business days, or you may upgrade to priority submission for only $15.00 more.

What Is Not Copyrightable?
Names, titles, short phrases, single words, simple graphic designs and ideas are not copyrightable under U.S copyright law. You can, however, copyright a logo which can include a name, title or a word. In this case, the graphics is being copyrighted but not specifically the name or title. You may also copyright the written text describing an idea. Again, the text is being copyrighted but not the idea. This would be useful to show that you came up with an idea on a specific date.
